Template selection resets style values to that template’s defaults. Reapply brand colors in Settings after selecting the final layout.

My timeline colors reset after I change the template

When you choose a new Timeline template, the widget applies that template’s default design tokens (colors, spacing, etc.).

Steps

  1. First choose your final design in Templates.

  2. Then open Settings.

  3. Reapply your brand colors in Colors:

    • Primary Color

    • Background (if shown for that layout)

    • Text Color (if shown)

    • Marker / Line (if shown)

  4. Save after color updates.
