Why can’t I upload a product image (or add another item) in the Comparison Table widget?
Product images: not available on every template
In Content, when you expand an item under Items to Compare, an Image upload appears only for templates that support images on each plan.
If you do not see Image for your items, your current template is one that does not use per-item images in the layout. In that case the thumbnail may show a number instead of a photo.
What to do:
Pick a template that supports plan images, or rely on plan names and values only—many layouts are designed for typography and data, not photos.
Tech Spec Grid: maximum six items
If your template is Tech Spec Grid, you can compare at most six items. When you try to add another, you will see a message that the layout is limited to six.

What to do:
Remove an item you do not need, split comparisons into two widgets, or choose another template if you must show more than six side by side.
Quick checklist
No image field: template does not use per-item images—expected behavior.
Cannot add more items: check if you are on Tech Spec Grid (max 6).
Images still not showing on live site: confirm you saved, then verify you are on a template that supports images and that each item has an uploaded image.
