How can I choose the best layout template in the Store Location widget for my page?
Different templates suit different browsing behaviors. Choosing the right one improves findability and reduces friction.
This screenshot should show where templates are selected and that each card changes the presentation style.
Go to Templates in the widget editor.
Test major layout options:
Classic Map for balanced map + list browsing
List First when users compare details before map interaction
Fullscreen for immersive map-first use cases
Compact for minimal embeds
Keep the layout that makes your top user task fastest (find, compare, or navigate).
Check desktop and mobile preview before finalizing.
Use this setting when the same location data needs different UX treatment on different pages.
Check this if the result does not look right:
If users miss details, try List First instead of map-heavy layouts.
If embed space is tight, switch to Compact or Bottom Strip style layouts.
If mobile feels cramped, choose a simpler template and reduce visual complexity.
