Will the Accessibility widget remember a visitor's settings?
Yes. On the live website, the Accessibility widget saves each visitor's choices in their own browser. If a visitor changes font size, selects a contrast mode, turns on Big Cursor, or enables another tool, those choices can stay active when they continue browsing your site.
This saved behavior is personal to the visitor. It does not change the website for other visitors, and it does not change your widget settings inside Poper.
Visitors can use Reset settings when they want to go back to the normal page view. Resetting turns off active tools, clears the selected contrast mode, and returns font size to 100%.
Keep these points in mind:
Saved choices work in the visitor's current browser.
If the visitor clears browser storage, uses a private window, or switches devices, their choices may not carry over.
If you later disable a tool in Poper, the widget removes that tool from the visitor menu and clears saved use of that tool when needed.
This helps visitors keep a comfortable reading and browsing setup without forcing the same settings on everyone else.
