Step 1: Add Your Jumpseller Website in Poper
First, log in to your Poper dashboard and add your Jumpseller store as a website.
Use the domain your customers visit, for example:
your-store.jumpseller.com
or your custom store domain.
Click Add Website or Connect domain.
After the website is added, Poper will create a website profile for your store.
Step 2: Open the Jumpseller Integration
After adding your website, go to the website’s installation or integration settings.
Find the Jumpseller integration.
Open the Jumpseller integration and click the button to install or connect the app.
Step 3: Install the Poper App on Jumpseller
You will be taken to Jumpseller to install the Poper app.
Approve and install the app for your store.
Once installation is complete, return to Poper. Your website will now be connected with Jumpseller automatically.
Step 4: Create a Popup
Now create a new popup or open an existing popup in Poper.
Design your popup as needed.
Step 5: Open Ecommerce Targeting
Inside the popup editor, go to:
Display Conditions > Ecommerce Targeting
Because your website is connected with Jumpseller, you will see Jumpseller Filters.
Step 6: Add a Jumpseller Rule
Choose the condition you want to use.
Example:
Show Popup if
Cart Product Name contains new
This means the popup will show only when the visitor’s cart contains a product with “new” in its name.
Click Add Rule.
Step 7: Test the Popup on Your Store
Open your Jumpseller store in a new tab.
Add a matching product to the cart. For example, if your rule is:
Cart Product Name contains new
add a product like “new product” to the cart.
Now visit your store again. If the cart condition matches, the popup will appear.
Example Rules You Can Use
Cart Total greater than 500
Shows the popup when the cart total is more than 500.
Cart Product Count equal 3
Shows the popup when the cart contains exactly 3 products.
Cart Product Name contains necklace
Shows the popup when the cart contains a product with “necklace” in its name.
Product Name contains ring
Shows the popup when the visitor is viewing a product page with “ring” in the product name.
Product Price equal 200
Shows the popup when the visitor is viewing a product priced at 200.
Using Multiple Conditions
You can combine multiple rules.
Example:
Product Name contains ring
AND
Cart Total greater than 500
The popup will show only when both conditions are true.
Troubleshooting
If the popup does not show, check the following:
Make sure you added the correct store domain in Poper.
Make sure the Poper app is installed on your Jumpseller store.
Make sure your website shows as connected in Poper.
Make sure the product or cart condition actually matches your test.
Refresh your store page after changing popup rules.
If testing cart rules, make sure the product is added to the cart.

After setup, Poper can show or hide popups based on your Jumpseller store activity, helping you target shoppers with more relevant offers.
