Unit conversion runs on measurement-like cells. Keep labels in non-measurement columns and disable the unit toggle if you use mixed text values.

My unit toggle changes values that should stay as labels in the Size Chart widget

This happens when data that should stay text-like is placed in columns treated as measurements.

Steps to fix

  1. Open Data → Measurements Table.

  2. Keep your true label column (like Size) as the first column.

  3. Move non-measurement text values (for example “Regular”, “Slim”, “Tall”) out of numeric measurement columns.

  4. If your chart is mostly non-convertible text, go to Style → Configuration and turn off Show Unit Toggle.
