How can I use milestones correctly in the Progress Bar widget?
Milestones are useful for highlighting important thresholds (for example 25%, 50%, or launch-ready). They work best when the milestone label and position are planned for readability.
This screenshot should show both the milestone controls and the visual marker result.
Open the widget and go to Settings.
Turn on Show Milestone.
Choose Milestone Position (typically Above for better visibility).
In Content, add milestone values per bar where needed.
Keep milestone labels short so they don’t overlap nearby bars.
Validate in preview, especially if you have many bars close together.
Use this setting when you need users to notice key checkpoints, not just overall completion.
Check this if the result does not look right:
If labels overlap, reduce milestone count or move position.
If markers feel noisy, keep milestones only on the most important bars.
If milestones are not relevant for your selected layout, switch to a template where marker placement is easier to scan.
