Improve discoverability by enabling search, writing better header text, and organizing job cards in a logical order.

How can I make the Job Board widget easier to scan with header, search, and job order?

The easiest UX improvements come from three places: header clarity, search visibility, and job ordering.

This screenshot should show where search is controlled and how jobs can be reordered by dragging.

  1. Go to Templates > Header Settings.

  2. Keep Show Header on and write a clear title/caption that tells visitors what roles are available.

  3. Turn on Show Search so users can filter jobs quickly.

  4. Update Search Placeholder with intent-based text (example: “Search by title, location, or skill”).

  5. Go to Jobs > Job Listings and drag jobs to prioritize your most important openings first.

  6. Check preview to confirm the top roles and search box are immediately visible.

Use this setting when you have many roles and users need to find relevant jobs quickly.

Check this if the result does not look right:

  • If users miss important jobs, move those roles higher in the list.

  • If search seems unclear, rewrite the placeholder to explain what can be searched.

  • If header feels too loud or too small, adjust Title Size and Caption Size in Header Settings.
