How can I add a PDF or video to an Event Calendar widget event?
Add a PDF or video when an event needs extra material, such as an agenda, brochure, speaker notes, worksheet, recording, teaser video, or event preview.
This screenshot should show where the PDF and video fields are inside an expanded event.
Add a PDF attachment
Open the Events tab and expand the event. In Media & Details, use Attachment (PDF) to upload or paste the file link. Visitors can access the attachment from the event detail popup when the event is opened.
Add a video link
Use Video Link for a YouTube or Vimeo link related to the event. This is useful for promo videos, session previews, or recordings that visitors should watch before deciding to attend.
Use PDFs for documents visitors may need to download or read later.
Use video links when the event benefits from visual context.
Keep the event description short if you also add a PDF or video.
After adding media, click the event in the preview to check the event detail popup.
