Why does the Currency Converter widget show fetching live rates?
The Currency Converter widget shows a loading message while it gets the latest exchange rates. This is normal for a short moment when the widget first opens or when the preview refreshes.
What the loading message means
When the widget loads, Poper checks for the available currency rates and then updates the converter. Once the rates are ready, the widget replaces the loading message with the selected layout.
What to check if it stays loading
Refresh the editor or page and wait a few seconds.
Check your internet connection, because the widget needs to reach the rate service.
Save or update the widget again if you recently changed the layout or currencies.
Test on the live page as well as the editor preview, because the preview and website can refresh at different times.
If rates still do not appear after refreshing, contact support with the widget name and the page where it is installed so the rate connection can be checked.
