Why are some time slots missing in the Appointment Booking widget?

A time slot appears only when it fits your availability rules. If a slot is missing, the Appointment Booking widget is usually following the time zone, booking window, weekly schedule, service duration, or booked-slot rules you configured.

This screenshot should show the settings that control which dates and times appear in the booking preview.

Check whether the day is open

Open Availability and check Weekly Schedule. If the day is marked closed, visitors cannot select that date. Turn the day on and add working hours if you want appointments on that day.

Check the service duration

The widget uses the service duration to create slots. For example, a 60-minute service creates fewer available times than a 15-minute service. If the remaining time in a working block is shorter than the service duration, that slot will not appear.

Check the booking window and timezone

Booking Window controls how far into the future visitors can book. Time Zone controls which clock the widget uses. If the timezone is wrong, today’s available slots may look different from what you expect.

  • Past times for today are hidden automatically.

  • Closed days do not show available times.

  • Short working blocks may not fit longer services.

  • Already booked times can be blocked so visitors do not choose the same slot again.
