Use the file manager when the PDF Viewer widget contains more than one document. The order and details you set here affect how visitors browse the documents in Viewer, Grid, and List modes.
1 File manager shows the PDFs in this widget. 2 Drag handle changes the order. 3 Upload or replace changes the PDF file. 4 Cover image controls the visual preview used in Grid and List modes.
Set the order visitors should see
Drag documents into the order you want visitors to browse them. In Viewer mode, the first file becomes the first document shown. In Grid and List modes, the same order controls the cards or rows visitors see first.
Use clear display names
Rename each PDF so visitors understand what they are opening. Use names like Product Catalog 2026, Pricing Guide, or Annual Report instead of internal file names.
Add details for Grid and List modes
Descriptions and dates are most useful when you use Grid or List mode. They help visitors decide which PDF is relevant before they download or open it.
You can add up to 10 PDF files in the widget.
Use cover images when the widget is a document library or resource section.
Keep descriptions short so cards and list rows stay easy to scan.
If a document is no longer needed, remove it from the file manager so visitors do not open outdated content.
