How can I choose between floating and embedded layouts in the All-in-One Chat widget?
Use Position Style to decide how the All-in-One Chat widget appears on your website. The best option depends on whether you want the chat to follow visitors around the page or sit inside a specific section.
1 Set floating position shows the placement controls for the floating chat button. Use these controls when the chat needs to stay visible as visitors browse.
The widget supports three layout styles:
Floating Bubble: best for support or sales chat that should stay available across the page. You can choose left, center, or right alignment and adjust the vertical or horizontal offset.
Embed Bubble: best when you want a chat bubble inside a page section instead of fixed to the browser window.
Embed Chat Window: best when the full chat panel should be visible immediately inside the page layout.
Use Floating Bubble when visitors may need help from anywhere on the page. Use an embedded style when the chat is part of a contact section, landing page block, or support page.
If the floating bubble covers another important button, increase the offset or switch the alignment. Check both desktop and mobile layouts before publishing, especially when your site already has a cart button, cookie banner, or accessibility button.
