Poper's integration with Zendesk enables you to seamlessly capture leads from your popups and automatically create contacts within your Zendesk support system. This streamlines your customer support workflow and ensures that no leads fall through the cracks.

Access Your Poper Popup:

Log in to your Poper dashboard and open the specific popup you want to integrate with Zendesk.

Open the Integrations Tab:

On the left side of the popup editor, locate the "Integrations" tab and click on it.

Select Zendesk Integration:

From the list of available integrations, choose "Zendesk."

Provide Zendesk Credentials:

  • Enter a descriptive name for your Zendesk connection.

  • Enter your Zendesk subdomain (e.g., if your Zendesk URL is https://poper.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408843597850-Contacting-Zendesk-Customer-Support, your subdomain is poper).

  • You will be prompted to log in to your Zendesk account to authorize the integration.

Select Zendesk Tag (Optional):

Choose the tag you want to assign to the created contacts within Zendesk.

Map Fields:

  • Poper will automatically fetch the fields available in your Zendesk customers.

  • Map the fields collected in your Poper popup to the corresponding fields in your Zendesk contacts. This ensures accurate data transfer.

Connect:

Once you've completed the field mapping, click the "Connect" button to establish the integration.

Testing the Integration:

To verify that the integration is working correctly, submit a test lead through your Poper popup. Check your Zendesk account to ensure that a new contact has been created with the correct information.
