Integrating Google Sheets with Poper allows you to automatically send lead information from your Poper popups to your Google Sheets. Follow these steps to set up and test the integration.

Steps to Integrate Google Sheets with Poper

Step 1: Access Popup Settings

Open your browser and log in to your Poper account. Ensure you are in the correct domain.

Navigate to the dashboard.

Select the popup you want to integrate with Google Sheets and click on the "Edit" button.

Step 2: Open Integrations Tab

In the popup editor, find and click on the "Integrations" tab on the left-hand side menu.

Step 3: Add Google Sheets Integration

In the Integrations tab, locate and select "Google Sheets" from the list of available integrations.

Enter a name for your Google Sheet connection to easily identify it later.

Click on the "Next" button to proceed.

Step 4: Authenticate Google Account

A window will open asking you to log in to your Google Account.

Enter your Google account details and click on "Continue."

Step 5: Select Google Sheet

After logging in, you will be asked to select the spreadsheet from your account.

Click on the file picker box, which will display all your Google Sheets.

Select the sheet you want to connect.

After selecting the sheet, all the worksheets within that sheet will be loaded.

Select the worksheet you want to use.

You will see an option to use the "First row as header."

Turning this on will fetch the column names from the first row of your Google Sheet.

If you leave it off, the columns will be labeled A-Z.

Step 6: Map Fields

Map the fields from your Poper popup to the corresponding columns in Google Sheets.

If you selected "First row as header," you will see your header names on the left-hand side. Otherwise, the columns will be labeled A-Z.

After mapping the fields, click on the "Connect" button to complete the integration process.

Step 7: Save the Integration

After successfully setting up the Google Sheets integration, save the popup by clicking on the "Save" button.

Step 8: Test the Integration

Send a Dummy Request:

Test your connection by sending a dummy request. Fill out the popup form and submit it to verify that the data is sent to Google Sheets correctly.

Check Google Sheet:

Log in to your Google Sheets account and check the selected sheet to ensure that the data from the popup has been received and recorded correctly.
