Controlling when to stop displaying popups is as crucial as deciding when they should appear. To ensure a non-intrusive user experience, Poper.ai allows you to set conditions for discontinuing popup displays. Follow these steps to configure this feature:

Step 1: Navigate to Your Popups Dashboard

- Sign into your Poper.ai account.

- On the dashboard, click “+ New Popup” to create a new popup, or choose an existing one to modify.

Step 2: Start Creating or Editing Your Popup

- For a new popup, use AI assistance by entering your goals and selecting “Create Popup”, or choose a template by clicking “Choose from Templates”.

- For editing, simply proceed to your selected popup’s settings.

Step 3: Access the Popup Editor

- Once you have created or chosen a popup, you will be directed to the popup editor where you can customize the design and settings.

Step 4: Configure Display Conditions

- In the 'Display Conditions' > 'Frequency section, you will see options like 'Exit Intent' which you can set to determine when the popup is shown. Click on the “+ New Trigger” button if you want to add new conditions.

Step 5: Define When to Stop Displaying the Popup

You can choose to stop displaying after closing or after conversion.

Step 6: Save Your Configuration

- After setting your conditions, save your configuration by clicking the “Next” button or the save icon, depending on the interface.

Step 7: Review and Test Your Popup

- Review your popup within the editor to ensure that it meets your requirements and test it live to confirm that it stops displaying as per the conditions set.

Step 8: Publish the Popup

- Once the settings are tested and you're satisfied, go ahead and publish the popup on your website.

By setting when to stop displaying popups, you create a more refined user experience, ensuring visitors are not repeatedly bothered by the same content, thus maintaining the effectiveness of your popups without being intrusive.
