Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard
Begin by logging into your Poper account. Once logged in, you will be directed to the dashboard. This is your central hub for all popup-related activities.
Step 2: Access the Billing Section
On the dashboard, locate and click on the ‘Billing’ icon. This icon is typically found on the left-hand sidebar, represented by a '$' or similar symbol. This section contains information about your current subscription plan, payment methods, and usage.
Step 3: Review the Usage Details
In the Billing section, you will find a sub-tab or link to ‘Usage’. Click on this to proceed to the detailed usage statistics.
Step 4: Analyze the Usage Information
The Usage page will display various statistics about your account’s consumption relative to the limits set by your plan. Look for the following key metrics:
- Pageviews: This will indicate the total number of pageviews used out of the amount allocated by your plan.
- AI Credits: If your plan includes AI credits for popup creation, you’ll see the amount consumed so far.
- Websites: This shows how many websites are using your popups in comparison to the total allowed by your plan.
Step 6: Monitor Your Subscription Plan
At the bottom of the Usage page, you can view details about your current subscription plan. It will also provide options to upgrade or change your plan, if necessary.
Step 7: Take Necessary Actions
Based on your usage statistics and the remaining allowances for the current billing period, decide if you need to adjust your plan. You can opt to upgrade for more resources or manage your current usage to fit within the existing plan.
