How to Upgrade/Downgrade Subscription Plan in Poper

Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard

Access your Poper dashboard by logging into your account. On the dashboard, you'll find an overview of your popups, such as 'Lead Gen 1', 'Untitled Popup', and 'Gaming Popup'.

Step 2: Access Subscription Settings

On the left-hand menu, click on the 'Billing' section. This will direct you to the 'Manage your subscription and billing settings' page where you can view your payment history, download invoices, and manage your subscriptions and payment methods.

Step 3: Choose Your Plan

Under the 'Update subscription' section, you will see your current plan highlighted. For example, if you are on the 'Poper (Basic)' plan, it will show as selected.

Step 4: Select a New Plan

Click on Update Plan button.

To change your plan, select either the 'Growth' or 'Scale' option depending on your preference and business needs. The price for each plan will be clearly displayed.

Step 5: Review and Save Changes

After selecting a new plan, review the details of the plan and the amount to be charged on the next billing date. Confirm that all the details are correct and then click 'Save' to finalize the upgrade or downgrade of your subscription.

Step 6: Confirmation and Payment Method

After saving the changes, you will be taken to the payment method page. Here, you can enter your card details and billing information for the new subscription plan.

Step 7: Finalize the Update

Once you have entered all the necessary information, finalize the update by confirming the payment. You will receive a notification confirming that your subscription has been updated.
